Opening Russia

In a blog in The Huffington Post, Ed Gerwin, senior fellow for Trade and Global Economic Policy at Third Way, argues that bringing democratic reform to Russia will require concerted effort by the United States, its allies, NGOs, and the Russian people. He also says that opening Russia's market under World Trade Organisation rules can also play a useful role in this effort.
