Investments Raise Question of Cronyism
In an article in The Financial Times, Moscow correspondent Catherine Belton writes that investments in Russia are raising the question of crony capitalism. Recently leaked documents revealing the business activities of Igor Shuvalov, Russia’s first Deputy Prime Minister, appear to go to the heart of questions about potential conflicts of interests in Vladimir Putin’s regime.
