Russia’s Unsustainable Energy Model

In an article in The Financial Times, David Clark, chair of the Russia Foundation, says that Russia's current energy model is unsustainable. He argues that the Putin model is broken and sooner or later Russia will have to prove its worth as a reliable energy partner by signing up once again to the European Charter Treaty (ECT) or something very much like it.
