Putin's Election Victory is a Headache for the West
Luke Harding, foreign affairs correspondent at The Guardian, analyses the Russian Presidential election and its ramifications for the UK and other countries in the West. Speaking to the Russia Foundation's David Clark, Harding concludes that Putin again will become the West's interlocutor.
