Putin Beginning to 'Lose Hold' on Russia
In an interview with BBC Radio 4's Today programme, David Clark, the chairman of the Russia Foundation, explains that although he believes there is "no doubt at all" that Vladimir Putin will become president again, as "elections are carefully managed", there remains a sense that the system in Russia is "beginning to loosen".
